Terms, Privacy & Refund Policy

1. About us. AI CFO is provided by Kuber Financial Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in Australia. You enter into a contract with Kuber Financial Pty Ltd when you use the service.

2. Acceptance. By signing up, accessing, or continuing to use AI CFO, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

3. Account & accuracy. You must be at least 18 and authorised to bind your business. You are responsible for keeping login details secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

4. Licence. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use AI CFO within your chosen plan. You may not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits of the service.

5. Acceptable use. You must not: (a) use the service unlawfully, fraudulently, or for spam; (b) infringe intellectual property; (c) probe, scan, or interfere with security; (d) upload malware; (e) scrape the service.

6. Intellectual property. Kuber Financial Pty Ltd retains all rights, title, and interest in AI CFO, including software, branding, and documentation. You retain rights to your business data; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service.

7. Service level. We work to keep AI CFO available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. All implied warranties are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Payments & subscriptions. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, currency conversion, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Plans renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your billing page or via paddle.net.

9. No free trial. Subscriptions begin immediately at signup at the advertised price. There is no free trial period. You can cancel anytime from your billing page and retain access until the end of the current billing cycle.

10. Suspension & termination. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination you may export your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

11. AI outputs & financial information. AI CFO provides operational and cashflow information generated in part by AI. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. AI CFO is not financial, investment, accounting, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for verifying outputs and for decisions you make.

12. Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 6 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill). We do not exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where prohibited.

13. Indemnity. You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use, or your breach of these terms.

14. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of that jurisdiction have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Changes. We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using your email and the last 4 digits of your card, or
• Email us at support@kuberfinancial.com.au and we'll assist with the refund request.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the Billing page. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of your current paid period; we don't pro-rate unused time after the 14-day refund window.

1. Who we are. Kuber Financial Pty Ltd, registered in Australia, is the data controller for personal data processed through AI CFO.

2. Personal data we collect.

• Account data: name, email, login credentials, business name, country.
• Business data you provide or connect: invoices, transactions, payouts, fees, menu/price data, integration tokens.
• Support communications.
• Usage and telemetry: pages viewed, features used, errors.
• Device and connection: IP address, browser, operating system.

3. Why we use it. To create and operate your account, deliver and improve the service, generate AI insights and reports, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, comply with legal obligations, and (with your consent) send product updates.

4. Legal bases. Performance of contract; legitimate interests in operating and improving the service and preventing fraud; consent for marketing communications; compliance with legal obligations.

5. Who we share data with.

• Paddle.com Inc. / Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record, for sale of subscriptions, payment processing, subscription management, tax compliance, and invoicing.
• Infrastructure and service providers: hosting, database, analytics, error tracking, email delivery.
• Live business intelligence providers (e.g. Google Places, Firecrawl) used to power competitor data.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting).
• Authorities where required by law.

6. International transfers. Your data may be processed outside Australia, including in the EU and the US. Where applicable, we rely on appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions).

7. Retention. We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after, to meet legal, tax, and security obligations. Business data you delete from AI CFO is removed within 30 days, except for backups which are overwritten on schedule.

8. Your rights. Depending on your jurisdiction (including under GDPR / UK GDPR / Australian Privacy Act): access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawing consent. Contact support@kuberfinancial.com.au. You may also complain to a supervisory authority.

9. Security. We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit, role-based access controls, and audit logging.

10. Cookies. We use essential cookies for login and security, and limited analytics cookies to understand usage. You can manage cookies in your browser. We don't sell personal data.

11. Children. AI CFO is not intended for individuals under 18.

12. Changes. We will notify you of material changes to this notice.
